IMMUNITY is not built in a day...
Hence, lets all try to make these last few days of lockdown more useful to build immunity.
As we know how important sanitation and hygiene is. Now we are able to meet most of it by having/including:
1.Home food/ Following hygiene in cooking
2. No packet foods
3. No left over foods
4. Healthy snacks
5. Drinking boiled water
These are the most important things we are able to inculcate in our lockdown days.
But, are we including foods that improve IMMUNITY and to build a fighting mechanism of our body more strong?
